1. Promoter
The promoter of this competition is Live + Breathe (“Promoter”).
2. Eligibility
- This competition is open to residents of the United Kingdom aged 18 years or older.
- Employees of the Promoter, their immediate families, and anyone else professionally connected with the competition are not eligible to enter.
3. How to Enter
- To enter the competition, participants must sign up for the mailing list via the competition entry page: https://mailchi.mp/5e57ccec50eb/kofocwqson.
- Only one entry per person is allowed. Multiple entries from the same person will be disqualified.
4. Competition Period
- The competition opens on Wednesday 21st August and closes at 11:59 PM on [End Date]. Entries received after this time will not be considered.
5. Prize
- The prize is a £100 Oyster Card.
- The prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be redeemed for cash or any other form of compensation.
- The Promoter reserves the right to substitute the prize with an alternative of equal or greater value if circumstances beyond the Promoter’s control make it necessary to do so.
6. Winner Selection and Notification
- The winner will be selected at random from all valid entries received during the competition period.
- The winner will be notified by email within 7 days of the competition closing date.
- If the winner does not respond within 14 days of being notified, the Promoter reserves the right to select a new winner at random from the remaining eligible entries.
7. Data Protection
- By entering this competition, participants agree to join the Live + Breathe mailing list and consent to receive marketing communications from the Promoter.
- Participants’ personal data will be collected and processed by the Promoter in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which can be viewed here.
- The information you provide will be used solely for the purpose of administering this competition and for the Promoter’s marketing communications. Your data will not be shared with third parties without your consent, except as necessary for the administration of the competition.
8. Disqualification
- The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process or violates these Terms and Conditions.
9. General Terms
- The Promoter reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions or cancel the competition at any time, if circumstances arise outside of its control.
- The Promoter’s decision in all matters relating to the competition is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into.
10. Limitation of Liability
- Insofar as is permitted by law, the Promoter will not be responsible for any damage, loss, or injury resulting from participation in the competition or acceptance of the prize.
11. Governing Law
- This competition and these Terms and Conditions will be governed by English law, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
